Brandon Mooney
Brandon Mooney was raised in Watrous, Saskatchewan, and currently resides in London, Ontario. He is a Drum Corps International World Class Finalist with the Blue Stars from Lacrosse, Wisconsin and has toured/performed throughout over 30 American States within the DCI circuit.
Brandon currently serves as an adjudicator for the Canadian Drumline Association, Director of Percussion for the Western University Marching Band, as well as Percussion Arranger for MDC High School Drumline in Salzburg, Austria. In addition to his involvement within the marching arts community, Brandon is a freelance musician in Southern Ontario and has performed with Stratford Symphony Orchestra and Orchestra London Canada.
As a student, he holds a Bachelor’s of Music Degree with Honors in Music Education from the University of Western Ontario and is currently studying an Artist Diploma in Percussion Performance. Brandon’s teachers include: Chris Worthington, Dr. Jill Ball, Joel Hilbert and Tom Aungst.
